JTJ-Y semi automatic liquid capsule filling machine is professionally designed to fill liquid to gelatin capsules, and equipped with new online liquid capsule metering device (patented technology), that can be in the state of non-stop to adjust the dosage of liquid, can achieve micro adjustment conveniently and reliably.
It is composed touch screen and PLC control system, capsule sowing system, liquid filling system, capsule locking system and discharger. It is easy to operate, maintain and clean.
4. Advantage
1) Equipped with servo motor and accurate pumps, and the dosage is accurate and tolerance ≤ 2%.
2) Equipped with different pumps for customer choose, for example peristaltic pump for liquid with good flowability, ceramic pump and piston pump for stick cream and material with bad flowability etc.
3) Real time display all the data of filling liquid online, it is convenient to detect production.
4) Upgrade capsule sowing device and capsule disc rotation and make sure to fill capsule more accurately.
