Brief Introduction

It adopts Technology of Bosch and intermittent capsule filling machine with multiple tampingstations. It could fill powder, granual, pellet, tablet, liquid into gelatin capsule, or above two rawmaterials

It could fill 9 capsules at a time with operation from 10 stations,and Accurate operation fororientation, opening, filling, joining and ejecting of the capsules.

2. Feature

1) The housing and surface are covered with stainless steel 304,and all contact parts made bySUS316L.

2) Most Parts are made by CNC computer machine,so all parts are standardized.

3) Compulsory spiral feeding in the powder hopper to ensure powder feeding and filling,specialfor bad fluid powder like healthy food and Chinese medicine.

4) Electrical impact protection device to prevent any further damage.The machine will stopautomatically in the event of collision.

5) Machine stops automatically in the event of problems when no capsules,no powder,door isopened,and abnormal load for the machine are detected.

6) Automatic vacuum removal of the air in the dosing tube to give more accurate weight of theOfilled capsules.
